Lynn Murphy

I was heavily involved in "school life" for all three of my post-primary placements, especially in my most recent placement, St. Colmcilles. Below is a list of the extra curricular activities I was involved in over the three years and photographs capturing some moments from each.

I also really enjoy keeping healthy, mentally and physically, by practicing yoga, going on hikes with friends and cooking and eating healthy food. This is something I would love to pass on to students and was given the opportunity to do so in Greenhills when teaching Personal Care classes to learners as part of Resource hours.

1. Greenhills: member of ECO club, assistant for student council meetings, charity fundraising race, Christmas art workshop for staff. 

2. The High School: Portrait Club, stage design for the 5th year play, Ghost, 5th year drama club and trip to the play Legally Blonde in the Bord Gais. 

3. St. Colmcilles: Cross Border art project with 2nd year learners from St. Colmcilles, Banbridge and St. Louis (Dundalk), Junk Kouture, stage design, in charge of decorations and art elements of TY grad (including invites, posters, props etc.) craft club at lunch time, TY interviews, LCA exhbition, cross-curricular World Book week exhibition with 1st year Art and English students.
